Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after processing are:

• United States: 7–10 business days

• International: 7–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, customs, holidays, high order volume, or other factors outside of our control. Sinners Testimony is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Shipping timelines may vary due to customs processing.
